How Vyapaar POS handles information in Vyapaar POS.

What we collect

Your name, email and phone number when you create an account; your business details such as GSTIN and address; and the records you and your team enter (products, customers, sales). We also keep security logs such as sign-in times and IP addresses.

How we use it

Only to provide the service: to sign you in, run billing and reports, send account emails (invitations, receipts, renewal reminders) and keep the service secure. We don’t sell your data or your customers’ data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Each business’s data is kept separate. Only people your business invites can see it. Our administrators can see account and subscription details to provide support, but not your sales or customer records.

Payments

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay). Card numbers and UPI PINs go directly to them — we never see or store them.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account exists and as long as the law requires for tax records. To close your account or get a copy of your data, write to support@vyapaarpos.com.
